NET – NEuroendocrine Tumours

The NET registry is the first Czech database which systematically collects data on patients with neuroendocrine tumours. The European Neuroendocrine Tumour Society (ENETS) has developed the European Neuroendocrine Tumour Registry, but its structure and conditions for participation do not accommodate the needs of the Czech Cooperative Group for Neuroendocrine Tumours, which aims to create its own Czech registry while maintaining a full compatibility with the above-mentioned European registry.

Primary objectives of the project:

• monitoring the overall number of patients with neuroendocrine tumours who have been treated in the Czech Republic (epidemiology),
• assessment of treatment safety,
• assessment of treatment effectiveness.

Secondary objectives of the project:

• analysis of patients' survival in relation to monitored clinical factors,
• analysis of patient cohort treated with Erbitux in relation to Czech reference population data.
