RHAPROdy - Registry of Hereditary Angioedema in Patients in Slovakia

The register of patients with hereditary angioedema is a multicenter, national, prospective-retrospective, observational, epidemiological study.

The goal of the project is to improve diagnosis and the general availability of adequate therapy for patients with hereditary angioedema.

The primary goal of the project is the collection of epidemiological and clinical data on patients with hereditary angioedema and, in particular, the evaluation of data on the nature of treatment, the intensity of treatment and its effectiveness.

The secondary objective of the project is:

  • Monitoring the occurrence and characteristics of attacks during the treatment of patients with hereditary angioedema.
  • The influence of basic input parameters (comorbidities, genetics) on the occurrence of different types of attacks during the treatment of patients with hereditary angioedema.
  • Analysis of risk factors for death in patients with hereditary angioedema. Do some of the input parameters or the presence and characteristics of patients have an effect on patient survival?
